There's no delivery fee; you only cover the driver's and fuel cost of bringing the car. For any other address, including in Chandigarh, call us to confirm. Flying in? Book ahead and the car will be at Chandigarh Airport before your flight lands. If you pick up from the Panchkula Sector 5 hub, you can park your own car or bike there for free while you're away.

Choosing a car comes down to three things: where you're driving, how many people are coming, and whether you need an automatic.
Hatchbacks are easy to park in sector markets and light on fuel; all of them are manual. Sedans have a separate boot for suitcases, and the Honda Amaze at ₹2,500 a day is the most affordable automatic in the fleet.
Mini SUVs like the Brezza, Venue and Creta sit higher, which helps on broken patches and hill roads. For five to seven people, look at the Innova Crysta, Scorpio N or Fortuner. The Thar 4x4, Jeep Rubicon and Land Rover Defender suit light off-road trips; river crossings and extreme trails are not allowed.

How Booking Works
- 1Choose your car on the fleet page, or tell us how many people are travelling and where you're going.
- 2Send your pickup and return dates and times, and where you want the car, on WhatsApp or call +91 98150 70133. We confirm availability and the price.
- 3Keep your driving licence and a government photo ID ready. A second driver needs their own licence and ID at handover so they're named on the rental agreement.
- 4Collect the car or get it delivered. Check it with our team, note the fuel level and odometer reading, and take a 360-degree video.
- 5Return the car at the agreed time with the same fuel level. After a quick inspection, your deposit is refunded.

Rental Terms at a Glance
- Starting price: ₹1,200 a day for the Maruti Alto K10. Sedans from ₹2,000, mini SUVs from ₹2,500, SUVs from ₹4,000 and luxury cars from ₹10,000 a day.
- Included distance: 200 km a day; extra km cost ₹10–15 each, depending on the car.
- Security deposit: ₹5,000 for most cars, ₹10,000 for the Fortuner range, ₹50,000 for the Jeep Rubicon and ₹1,00,000 for the Land Rover Defender, refunded when you return the car after a quick inspection.
- Fuel: Return the car with the same fuel level it had at pickup. If it's lower, you pay for the missing fuel plus a ₹200 refuelling charge.
- Late return: A 1-hour grace period, then ₹200–₹400 an hour for up to 4 hours. Beyond 4 hours, a full extra day is charged.
- Tolls: Every car has an active FASTag; toll charges are paid by you.
- Minimum age: 21, or 23 for the Mahindra Thar and Toyota Fortuner Legender.
- Documents: Any valid driving licence (not a learner's licence) and a government photo ID such as Aadhaar or your passport. See the full list of documents.
- Cancellation: Full refund 24 hours or more before pickup, a 50% fee within 24 hours, no refund once the car has been dispatched. Rescheduling is free with 12 hours' notice.
- Car age: No car in the fleet is older than two years.
Need the car for longer? Tell us at least 2 hours before your return time to extend. Full terms are in the rental agreement.
Self Drive Car Rental for Outstation Trips
Every car carries an all-India tourist permit, so you can drive into Himachal, Punjab, Haryana or further. Just tell us before you leave the Tricity. The same distance rule applies: 200 km a day is included and extra km cost ₹10–15 each.
Number Plates
Our cars have black plates with yellow letters. This is the official registration for rental cars under the Rent-a-Cab scheme.

Roadside assistance is available inside the Tricity. Outside it, our team helps and guides you over the phone. Move to a safe spot first, then call us.

Kasauli is about 57 km away, Shimla about 113 km, Dharamshala about 241 km and Manali about 263 km. Add up your total distance before you book.
Tolls and FASTag
Every car has an active FASTag, so you don't need cash at toll plazas. The toll charges are paid by you.
Before You Drive Away
Walk around the car and video any scratches or dents, make sure the fuel level and odometer reading are written in the rental agreement, and ask where the spare wheel and tools are kept.
Unpaved Roads
Light off-road driving on unpaved roads is fine. River crossings and extreme trails are not allowed.
